Dr Timothy Noël Peacock is a Senior Lecturer in History and War Studies and Director/founder of the University of Glasgow Games and Gaming Lab (UofGGamesLab) working with scholars in Subjects from Astrophysics to Virus Research. From running tabletop crisis exercises with the United Nations (UN) in Geneva to transforming St Giles' Cathedral into a research-driven historical video game, he is Principal Investigator for cross-disciplinary initiatives, leading up to 35 researchers, interns and programmers annually. His research ranges across nuclear history, space security, games and wargaming, to AI and politics, including socio-political and military impacts of new technologies.
