All our events are designed to be open and inclusive, and we warmly invite you to register online. While the final registration deadline is 3 July 2026, early registration is encouraged in order to benefit from the reduced fee structure.
The full registration fee provides access to all technical sessions, the welcome drinks reception on Sunday 12 July, the exhibitor reception on Monday 13 July, and the civic reception on Tuesday 14 July, as well as refreshments and lunch throughout the conference. Please note that the fee does not include the conference dinner or accommodation.
The one‑day and two‑day registration options include access to the technical sessions on the selected dates, along with refreshments and lunch. Delegates attending on Monday or Tuesday are also welcome to join the corresponding evening receptions.
