Vinayakrishna Joshi

I am a PhD student at the Institute of Nanostructure technology and Analytics in Kassel, Germany. My current research work is based on epitaxial growth of InAs Quantum dot lasers emitting at 1.55 µm and 1.3 µm on InP substrates. I did my Masters is nanoelectronics systems at Technical University of Dresden. Previous to Masters, I also obtained a Engineering degree in the field of Electronics and Communication at SDM college of engineering in India.
