Dr. Fujita is a chief researcher and a group manager at Asahi Kasei Microdevices corporation, Japan. He has 17 years of experience in design, growth and processing of electronic and optical devices based on antimonide related materials. His current work includes development of MWIR and LWIR LEDs and photodiodes for emerging gas sensing market.
