DCA are the world leader in oxide MBE. We have continuously developed our oxide technology, oxygen resistant substrate heating and oxygen resistant sources since 1993 and we are please to support the many leading laboratories who have selected DCA oxide technology. Our compound semiconductor MBE systems are in use around the world, both in R&D and in epiwafer production sites. We continuously develop new sources and in 2022 have released our new RF atom source and the unique MOPI source range for a new generation of Hybrid MBE ideal for materials such as Strontium Titanate.
