In 2022, CreaTec celebrates 30 years of experience in construction, design and manufacturing of MBE and UHV equipment with an application-oriented approach. This allows us to implement complex customer´s requirements and makes us an innovative and trustful partner for challenging scientific projects. In addition to a wide selection of evaporators and effusion cells, CreaTec also offers the associated hardware equipment and powerful software solutions. This ultimately leads to the productions of complete systems for small to medium substrate sizes, if required with UHV-compatible automation and in-situ SPM investigation.
