Oliver
Philcox is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Simons Society of Fellows and an
incoming Assistant Professor at Stanford University. His research focuses on
using cosmological datasets (such as galaxy surveys and the cosmic microwave
background), to probe physical processes in the Universe. This can shed light
on many key questions such as the expansion rate of the Universe, its
composition, and the high-energy physics responsible for inflation.
