Submission Details
- To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password.
- Enter the abstract title (maximum 25 words)
- Choose your preferred presentation type. The organising committee will note your preference but cannot confirm your preferred choice will be available.
- Enter the authors and affiliations (if the authors are part of a collaboration or project and you do not wish to enter them individually, there will be the opportunity to list the project further on in the submission process).
- Enter your abstract (max 250 words).
- Indicate the relevant Career Stage using the pre-populated drop-down menu.
- Select your preferred and an alternative topic from the menu.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
If you have completed the submission portal successfully, you will be able to submit your abstract otherwise it will only be possible to save as a draft. Once submitted, the corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission as well as log in information which can be used to edit the submission and check the status. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can contact the team by sending an email to conferences@iop.org
Proceedings of the meeting, covering both oral and poster presentations, will be publishing in Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
