FAQ's

Contributions for oral and poster presentations are welcomed. Abstract submission is open, and will close 21 March 2025. 

The event is open to everyone from all backgrounds, whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. Postgraduate students and postdoctoral fellows are especially encouraged to join the Early Career Workshop (10–12 July). Members of the public may enjoy the Public Lecture (16 July). 

Registration will be available in 2025. Please register your interest to receive further information once available.

This is primarily an in-person meeting. Unfortunately, due to costs we cannot hold it as a hybrid meeting. Instead, recordings of presentations will be made freely available online after the meeting and proceedings will be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
