Logistics

Our exhibition contractor and logistics provider are Cameron Event Logistics (CEL), who will look after all your exhibition needs. CEL provides the following services:

Worldwide 24/7 delivery and collection of exhibitor material
Forklifting and On-Site Handling
Signage and Printing
Pre / Post / Through Show Storage.

Deliveries

Harrogate Convention Centre can ONLY accept deliveries / collections for events during their tenancy. Any deliveries made before the event will be refused. This may result in the sender having to rearrange for the delivery / collection at their own costs. Additionally, Harrogate Convention Centre will be unable to store any items after the event tenancy. Should any items be left, Harrogate Convention Centre will endeavour to contact the owner of the items but may have to dispose of them at the organiser’s cost.

Delivery access

Car Parking

There is a 24-hour pay and display car park directly below the Harrogate Convention Centre and a further 1,200 parking spaces in the centre of Harrogate. There are also electric car charging points available just one minute from the venue. For more information please visit the parking section on our website. Whilst the Harrogate Convention Centre car park is available 24/7, please note that the entry and exit shutters are open from 06:00 to 23:59.

Vacuum Training and Specialist Short Courses

Exhibitors, please be aware of the opportunity to take advantage of some training that is available during the conference. New and experienced staff may benefit from a better understanding of Vacuum Technology or a more in-depth consideration of Specialist Topics.

There are eight vacuum technology training courses available, priced at £60 per module. Included in the fee is access to the exhibition hall.
