There are loads of great places to stay in Harrogate from well-known hotel chains, independent boutique hotels to townhouse apartments suitable for families. If you prefer something less formal, there are a range of B&Bs, guest houses, pubs offering accommodation and even camping or caravan sites just a short drive away. Harrogate has something to offer everyone either in the town centre with all the local amenities within walking distance, or if you prefer to be surrounded by woodlands and fields, this is available within a short drive. The Institute of Physics has negotiated preferential rates at a number of hotels within walking distance of the Harrogate Convention Centre (HCC). The allocation of hotels is managed through our partner 'Hotels and Venues'. All rates quoted include taxes and breakfast is included.

There is also a Premier Inn (the closest being Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre) within walking distance of the HCC, which you can only book directly with the hotel.
