Event Fees

Photon 2022 will be held as an in-person event with online streaming capabilities. The in-person registration fee includes access to the programme, refreshments and lunch each day, the welcome receptions and conference dinner. The online fee includes access to the talks via Zoom. 

The Industry Technology Programme (ITP) which will be held on Wednesday 31 August and Thursday 2 September is included within the full conference fee. However, there is an option to attend only the ITP Session. The in-person fee includes refreshments and lunch, plus the option to book the evening social event. The online fee includes access to the talks via Zoom. 

Talks will be recorded and provided post event for both in-person and online attendees.

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through RBS WorldPay secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 18 August 2022. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
