Virtual Poster Gallery
This year there will also be a virtual poster gallery and authors are asked to upload their poster to the online site. Posters can be submitted as a PDF, PowerPoint, Image or MP4 file. The maximum size should not exceed 5MB.
Poster Printing Service
We are pleased to offer presenters a poster printing service with delivery to the conference. This service will ensure your poster arrives at the conference on time and for those travelling by air, saves you having to carry your poster through airport security. You can also use this service if you are attending online as the IOP conferences team can mount your poster.
Posters are printed in full colour and will be available to collect from the registration desk on the first day of the conference. Posters will be printed as A0 in a portrait format on 250 gsm silk stock (no lamination). The cost per poster is £40.
Please read the following before supplying your poster. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to make any amendments once your order has been accepted.
Poster files need to be supplied to claire.garland@iop.org by 12 August 2022. After this date it may still be possible to print your poster however there will be a 50% surcharge.
