Guidance for Poster Presenters


The poster programme is now available online. There are two sessions as follows:-

Preparing your poster

  • Posters should be prepared in A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format.
  • The available poster boards measurements are 177 cm in height x 88 cm width.
  • Authors must ensure that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material

Displaying your poster 

We'll be utilising free-standing poster boards. 

  • Posters in poster session 1 can be displayed from 16:00 on Monday 1st July and can remain on display until 18:00 on Monday 1st July.  
  • Posters in poster session 2 can be displayed from 16:00 on Tuesday 2nd July and can remain on display until 18:00 on Tuesday 2nd July. 

Posters can remain up overnight and the university staff do have access to buildings on their swipe cards, but posters will be fine. No one should touch these in passing.
