Arriving at Queen Mary University of London:

The event will be held in the People's Palace Building at Queen Mary University. The talks will be held in The Great Hall lecture theatre.

REGISTRATION
All attendees are asked to register on arrival at the conference. The registration desk will be situated in the Engineering Foyer as our entry point.
You'll find directional signs in the area to guide you to the registration point. If you need assistance, Tima and our student helpers will guide you at the event.

CATERING
All catering will be held in two locations (The People's Palace Foyer and Grad Centre Foyer). Please refer to the programme for the service times.

Poster Sessions

Will be held in the People’s Palace Mezzanine. More details about the exhibition stands, please click here.
