Registration

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds. We invite you to register online by 23 June 2023 in order to take advantage of the early booking fee. The registration deadline is 14 July 2023.

Registration Fees

The registration fees include the following:

Access to the full technical programme which includes the workshops on Sunday, posters and the exhibition
Refreshments and lunch (Monday - Thursday). Refreshments on Friday morning
Welcome drinks reception for those arriving on Sunday
Cocktail reception on Monday
Conference Dinner at the National Museum of Scotland on Wednesday including a Ceilidh
AIRAPT and EHPRG Membership

Booking Information

Please click on the link below to be redirected to the registration portal. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. If you submitted an abstract, please login using the same email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a replacement. If you are new to the system, please create an account. You should also read our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct prior to completing your registration.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations. All payments must be received 14 July 2023.
