Instructions for Poster Presentations

Posters will be located in Lennox Suite 1 and 2 alongside the exhibition, refreshments, lunch and the welcome and cocktail receptions. 

Please make sure you have consulted the programme and are aware of the date and time of your poster session. 

Please note: there are two sessions as follows: 

• Poster session 1: 4pm to 6pm on Tuesday 25 July. 
• Poster session 2: 4pm to 5:30pm on Thursday 27 July.

Preparing your poster:

• Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material. 
• Posters should be prepared no larger than A0 in size (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format. 

On the day management:

• On arrival at the conference make your way to the registration desk where you will be notified of your poster number.
• All posters, regardless of which session you are presenting in, can be put up from 6pm on Sunday.
• Any posters left on the boards from 10:30am on Friday will be disposed of.
• Fixing material will be supplied which is adequate for laminated posters. Fabric posters may be harder to mount.
• During the poster session that you have been allocated to, you, as the presenter, should stand next to your poster to facilitate discussion on your work and to answer any questions.
