Hannah is a first year PhD student studying at the Centre for Science at Extreme Conditions, the University of Edinburgh. Working with PhD supervisor Dr. Ross Howie, she has been studying simple molecular systems at high pressures and temperatures, making use of experimental techniques such as Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and transport property measurements.
