The Institute of Physics has negotiated preferential rates at a number of hotels and the allocation is managed through our partner 'Hotels and Venues'. All rates quoted include taxes and breakfast is included. To secure the negotiated rate, rooms must be booked via the portal prior to 8 August.

Please note that Hotels and Venues will not contact attendees directly (unless booked through the portal), and they do not use any third-party providers.
