Abstract Submission

Contributions for oral and poster presentations invited. Please read the information below, before starting your submission.

The deadline has been extended to 31 January 2025.

Submission Details

To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to login to register.
The abstract title, authors and their affiliation should be entered in the corresponding fields.
Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.
The length of an abstract is limited to 300 words (one image / figure is permitted). References, when needed, should be indicated using square brackets [1], in order of appearance in the abstract. All references must be listed in numerical order at the bottom of the text

Submit Abstract

Please complete all sections of the form and agree to the terms and conditions. The corresponding author will receive an email confirming receipt of the submission. Submissions will be confirmed shortly afterwards and a final programme released.
