Preparing your presentation
Please ensure that you keep within your allocated time slot as these will be strictly enforced by the session chairs:
Invited speaker: Duration 30 mins (25mins talk + 5mins Q&A)
You, as the presenting author, are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material included within your presentation.
PDF and PowerPoint are accepted. PowerPoint is preferred.
Recommended Screen Resolution is 16:9
Uploading your presentation and the on the day management
We recommend presenters supply their presentation on a USB memory stick or by sending in advance by email to claire.garland@iop.org using WeTransfer, Dropbox or a file sharing service.
Direct connection of personal laptops (HDMI) is allowed but not the preferred approach. Please note that if you are planning to present via a Mac, you should ensure you have the correct adapter. If you are planning to present from your own laptop, please notify us by Monday, 31 March.
An AV technician will be on-hand to assist presenters load their talks.
The Chair of the session will introduce each talk and then moderate all questions from the audience.
