We invite sponsorship from companies and organisations wishing to raise their profile within the community and increase their visibility at the conference. The premium and gold packages are inclusive of exhibition space during the three-day exhibition.

• acknowledgement as a premium sponsor on all material relating to the conference, including the book of abstracts distributed to all participants;

• sponsors may distribute their catalogue or brochure in the delegate packs. 
• sponsor’s logo will appear prominently on the homepage of the conference website as well as the sponsor’s page; this will include a link to the sponsor’s website. 
• a one-page colour A4 advert in the book of abstracts. 
• complimentary full conference delegate registration (8 - 11 April) including conference material, access to technical sessions, catering and conference dinner.
  

Premium sponsor £1250+VAT *

Included within the premium package:

• sponsor’s logo will appear prominently on the homepage of the conference website as well as the sponsor’s page; this will include a link to the sponsor’s website;
• a one-page colour A4 advert in the book of abstracts;
• complimentary exhibition package (8, 9 and 10 April), including lunch and refreshments for one exhibitor representative;
• one complimentary full conference delegate registration (8 - 11 April) including conference material, access to technical sessions, catering and conference dinner

Gold sponsor £750+VAT* 

Included within the gold package:

• acknowledgement as a gold sponsor on all material relating to the conference, including the book of abstracts distributed to all participants;
• sponsors may distribute their catalogue or brochure via the conference delegate packs;
• sponsor’s logo will appear prominently on the homepage of the conference website as well as the sponsor’s page; this will include a link to the sponsor’s website;
• a one-page mono A4 advert in the book of abstracts;
• complimentary exhibition package (8, 9 and 10 April), including lunch, refreshments and conference dinner for one exhibitor representative.
