The poster programme is now available online. There are two sessions as follows:-

Preparing your poster

  • Posters should be prepared in A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format.
  • The available poster boards measurements are 177 cm in height x 88 cm width.
  • Authors must ensure that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material

Displaying your poster 

We'll be utilising a hanging system along with free-standing poster boards. 

  • Posters in poster session 1 can be displayed from 12:30 on Tuesday 9 April and can remain on display until 17:00 on Tuesday 9 April.  
  • Posters in poster session 2 can be displayed from 12:30 on Wednesday 10 April and can remain on display until 17:00 on Wednesday 10 April.
