Exhibition

We invite exhibitors from companies and organisations wishing to raise their profile within the community and increase their visibility at the conference. A three-day table-top exhibition will be held alongside the conference on Monday 8 and Wednesday 10 April. The exhibition will provide companies in the field the opportunity to demonstrate their products to a captive audience.

Exhibition package £550+VAT*

(bookings received after 5 January 2024) £650+VAT*  

Space is available as a table-top display and includes:  

• Your company logo and website link on the conference website 
• List of conference delegate registrations 
• Access to the technical sessions for one company representative 
• Tea/coffee and lunch provided during the exhibition for one company representative (additional representatives can be booked at £90 + VAT per person) 
• Conference dinner ticket for 1 company representative
