Location:
The exhibition will be held in the Andrew Wiles Building of the Mathematical Institute. Stands will be located on the Mezzanine Level (lower ground floor) and held alongside refreshments, lunch and the posters.

What is included?
Each exhibitor will be provided with a table measuring 180 cm x 80 cm along with two chairs. The foyer is an open area and while security will lock the building at the end of each day, it will still be accessible for Mathematical Institute staff with access cards. If you have any equipment that needs to be stored securely, there is a lockable classroom. Please speak to Fatima during the event and further information will be provided.

Barrier access: If you plan to unload your vehicle at the Mathematical Institute, please advise fatima.kanu@iop.org as soon as possible as we will need to provide security with your details. Please provide your arrival time and vehicle registration number. Exhibitors will need to enter via Gate 7 in Woodstock Road and unload their cars near the blue badge parking spots.
Deliveries:
Due to limited storage space available at the venue, parcels can only be received the day before the event (in your case Friday). Collections must be arranged for the day after the event. Please address all the parcels to FAO Events Team, PSND 2024, Mathematical Institute, Andrew Wiles Building, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter (550), Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG.
Lift:
There is a lift to the lower ground floor of the foyer.
Documentation:
All exhibitors should have a current PAT Test Certificate or equivalent.
