This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We invite you to register online by 21 February 2025 to take advantage of the early booking fee.

The registration fees includes:

ECR's can also opt into attending the ECR session on Monday 24 March (included as part of the overall conference registration fee). The ECR session can also be booked independently of the conference. Further information will be available here shortly.

If you have submitted an abstract for Physics of Life, please login using the same email address and password. If you haven't submitted an abstract, please create an account. Before beginning your submission, please read our terms and conditions and Code of Conduct.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. The option to pay by BACS will only be available until 21 February 2025. After this date, it will only be possible to register and pay with a debit/credit card at the time of booking.
