Contributions for poster presentations will remain open until 23 February 2025, oral submissions are now closed.
Please submit your 250 word abstract for a poster presentation (figures and references are permitted in addition) and a notification of acceptance will be sent you shortly after the programme is released. Please note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s).
Abstracts will be categorised into the following ‘broad themes’:

- Biomolecular assemblies and condensates
- Cell architecture and forces
- Cell metabolism and growth
- Clocks, timers and cell cycle dynamics
- Differentiation and development
- Emerging Areas in the Physics of Life
- Engineering tissues, organoids and biohybrids
- Evolution, ecology and epidemiology
- Imaging and single molecule biology
- Immunity, resistance and host/pathogen dynamics
- Microbes across length scales
- Natural and synthetic molecular machines
- Patterns, waves, transport, collective phenomena, and microswimmers
- Physics of Disease Physics of the nucleus
- Protein structure, dynamics and interactions
- Tissue growth, mechanics and mechanosensing
Submission Details
- To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to login to register.
- The abstract title, authors and their affiliation should be entered in the corresponding fields.
- Please select your preferred topic.
- Please indicate your preferred type of presentation (oral/poster). However, it is up to the Programme Committee to make the final selection.
- Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.
- The length of an abstract is limited to 250 words (one image / figure is permitted). References, when needed, should be indicated using square brackets [1], in order of appearance in the abstract. All references must be listed in numerical order at the bottom of the text.
