This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We encourage you to register online by 22 July 2024 in order to take advantage of the early booking fee.
The registration fee includes: access to the conference sessions, refreshments, throughout the conference, lunch (on Monday 9 September and Tuesday 10 September), a drinks reception on Monday 9 September and the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 10 September. We kindly ask you to indicate your attendance for the social events while registering for the conference.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.
In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.
If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Please note that the option to pay by BACS is only available to 30 July, after which payment must be made at the time of booking. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations.
