The exhibition will be held in the Kirkland Suite at the University of Edinburgh (UoE), South Hall Complex, alongside refreshments, lunch and the posters from Monday 9 September until Wednesday 12 September.

Delivery Information

Sending material via courier

  • Deliveries/collections can only be made between 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. 
  • All boxes etc for Collections/Uplift must be packed and clearly labelled with return address and details of Courier Company who will make the uplift.  All relevant paperwork (including customs declaration requirements) must be completed and left with the packages.  These should be left with the Duty Manager in the building. 
  • Storage facilities are not available and so UoE Conference & Events reserves the right to dispose of items not uplifted within 3 weeks of the Event. 
  • UoE Conference & Events will not be responsible for any packages left at the venue for Collection/Uplift. 
  • Exhibitors must ensure that all rubbish is clearly marked and left in a tidy state for collection.

*Please note that  there is limited storage facilities at UoE and, therefore, we ask that deliveries are made the day before conference and not any earlier. 

Return Shipments

Should you need to leave any items for courier collection please follow the following instructions:

  1. Pack and seal all boxes/package/display boxes
  2. Clearly and correctly label the items for return
  3. Take the items to the Reception Centre for collection
  4. Complete the details below:

Please ensure your items are collected within 5 days to avoid incurring additional storage charges. 

Delivering material by car

Free car parking is available at the Pollock Halls of Residence Campus on a first come, first served basis only - please note that spaces are limited. We recommend that exhibitors only bring material which they can safely lift and transport to the exhibition hall. If you need a trolley to transport material from the car park to the exhibition hall, please bring one with you. 

Electrical Items

All electrical equipment brought onto the premises must be PAT tested.
