The Institute of Physics has negotiated preferential rates at a number of hotels within walking distance of Nottingham Trent University (NTU). The allocation of hotels is managed through our partner 'Hotels and Venues'. All rates quoted include taxes and breakfast is included.

  Fixed Rates of £110 for single occupancy and £120 for double occupancy
  
• Hilton Nottingham 
  Fixed Rates of £137 for single occupancy and £147 for double occupancy
  
• Crowne Plaza 
  Fixed Rates of £132 for single occupancy and £147 for double occupancy
  
• Mercure Nottingham City Centre
  Rates from £91 for single occupancy and £103 for double occupancy
  (The room rates increase by £31 per room per night on Tuesday and Wednesday)
