Exhibition

A trade exhibition will be held alongside the conference, allowing sponsors to engage directly with global experts, early-career researchers, and peers. This will provide exhibitors with a platform to showcase their products and innovations, demonstrating how their services can support research across various areas. Companies are invited to share their business journeys, network with like-minded professionals, and promote their support and services to a captive audience. A range of sponsorship opportunities will also be available for those looking to increase their visibility at the event. 

Who should exhibit? 

• Companies or agents providing equipment, instruments or components for:
  Photonic numerical software
  Optical and photonic components 
• Publishers working in the scientific community 
• Employers of science graduates, particularly those with PhDs in the physical sciences or engineering.

The exhibition package includes: 

• Area of 3 x 2sqm 
• Table measuring 1500 x 750mm
