Abstract Submission

Contributions for oral and poster presentations which address the physical understanding, the mathematical description, and the computational treatment of guided as well as non-guided optical waves and related effects in micro- and nanostructures are invited for this workshop. Details on the workshop topics can be found here.

Abstracts should be a maximum side of one page of A4 and prepared using either the word or LaTex templates. The submission deadline is 17 January 2025. Please click on the link below to begin your submission. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s). Please read the following information before beginning your submission.

Submission Details

Before beginning your submission, please download the word or LaTex templates.
Once you are ready to upload your abstract to the portal, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to use the same password when you register for the event.
Please enter the title into the submission portal.
Indicate your preferred type of presentation (oral/poster). However, it is up to the Committee to make the final selection.
Enter your authors and co-authors.
Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.
Upload your abstract to the system as a PDF document file.
