Table top stands will be located in the Innovation Suite and Rutherford/Boardroom from 1 October to 3 October 2024. The following information has been compiled to assist you in planning your stand at NuFor 2024.

Set up - Tuesday 1 October	Access from 08:00
Breakdown - Thursday 3 October	From 13:30 onwards

Wednesday 2 October 2024	10:10 - 15:00
Thursday 3 October 2024	10:30 - 13:30

Delivery Information

Sending material via courier

Deliveries can only be made between 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
All boxes must be clearly labelled as follows:-

Return Shipments

Should you need to leave any items for courier collection please follow the following instructions:

Pack and seal all boxes/package/display boxes
Clearly and correctly label the items for return
Take the items to the Reception Centre for collection
Complete the details below:

Please ensure your items are collected within 5 days to avoid incurring additional storage charges.

Delivering material by car

Exhibitors are able to unload material directly outside of the CTF Building. Once unloaded, please move the vehicle to one of the NCP Car Parks (the closet car park is located off Grafton Street). Charges apply - £16.50 for 24-hours.

Electrical Items

All electrical equipment brought onto the premises must be PAT tested.
