Exhibition

An exhibition will be held alongside the conference from 1 -3 October 2024 providing companies and manufacturers the opportunity to network with an engaged and captive audience. The exhibition will be held alongside refreshments and the posters in the Innovation Suite and Rutherford / Board room (see floor plan below)

The exhibition is an integral part of the event programme and delegate experience with time allocated for exhibitors to meet and interact with attendees as well as other vendors. Based on previous attendance, we expect 100-120 participants.

Why exhibit:

  • Demonstrate the range and quality of your products and services to a specialised audience
  • Provide invaluable exposure and connect with industry and academic representatives
  • Target new customers and develop existing relationships
  • Showcase new or upgraded product ranges, as well as reaffirm your current offer
  • Exhibiting can build positivity, trust, and loyalty
  • Contributes significantly to the promotion and finances of the conference, reducing the overall cost of managing the event and enabling a higher level of participation, particularly young researchers, and therefore helping to develop the physics community.
