File types accepted: PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF. Slide ratio: 16:9 widescreen. Embedded video/audio is allowed—please also provide separate media files. Please bring your slides on a USB memory stick and upload to the session computer. Please include the title of the talk, as well as your name and affiliation on the opening slide. Recommended Font Sizes: Ensure images, graphs, and data are correctly attributed. General Best Practices:
Use sans‑serif fonts (Calibri, Arial, Helvetica) for accessibility and clarity. Avoid overcrowding slides—aim for six lines per slide and six words per line as a soft rule. Maintain high contrast: dark text on a light background or vice versa. Test your slides on a projector if possible—font sizes often look smaller when projected. Accessibility & Support:
