Abstract Submission

We invite contributions for oral and poster presentations spanning a broad spectrum of topics within Nuclear Physics. The thematic areas are designed to spark innovation, promote interdisciplinary dialogue, and encourage novel perspectives on both fundamental and applied aspects of the field.

Themes may be interpreted broadly to accommodate diverse research approaches—from theoretical frameworks and experimental techniques to computational modeling and emerging applications. If your work does not align precisely with the listed categories, please select the ‘Other’ theme to ensure space for unique and boundary-pushing submissions. The abstract submission deadline is 16 January 2026.

Poster Presentation Formats

We are pleased to offer a virtual poster presentation option. Participants selecting this format will have their poster available for download via the Indico programme page. This innovative and environmentally conscious approach aligns with our sustainability goals and eliminates the need for printing physical posters.

For those who prefer a traditional poster presentation, this format remains fully supported. Regardless of presentation type, all poster presenters—virtual or in-person—will be invited to deliver a short flash presentation to highlight their work.

Topics / Themes

  • Nuclear structure
  • Nuclear astrophysics
  • Nuclear theory
  • Nuclear reactions
  • Hadron and relativistic heavy ion collisions
  • Detectors and instrumentation
  • Applied nuclear physics
