Talk title: Imaging plasmon-polaritons at Topological-Insulator/Nanocarbon interfaces using STEM-EELS
Dr Tim Moorsom is a Royal Academy of Engineering Fellow and Bragg Fellow at the University of Leeds. His research focuses on the plasmonic properties of topological materials and interfaces, which he studies primarily using electron microscopy. Prior to this appointment, Tim was a Lecturer in Physics at the University of Glasgow and Experimental Officer of the Royce Deposition System in the Bragg Centre for Materials Research. He completed his PhD in the Condensed Matter Physics Group at the Univeristy of Leeds.
