Onsite accommodation
A limited number of low cost, en-suite rooms on-campus at Storm Jameson Court are available to book on a first come, first served basis and cost £64 per night (B/B), the booking deadline date is 13 June 2025. The accommodation is located a few minutes’ walk from the main conference venue, the Esther Simpson building.
Please check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am. Breakfast is served in the University Refectory from 8am to 11am, a voucher will be given to you upon arrival and please take it with you when you dine for breakfast.
Other accommodation options
There are a wide selection of hotels in the centre of Leeds to suit every budget. Those in the northern part of the city centre (north of the Headrow) are 10-20 minutes’ walk from the conference venue. Those in the southern part (between the Headrow and the station) are 20-30 minutes’ walk from the conference venue. Hotels can be booked through your institution’s travel agent or your preferred hotel website.
Beware of scams. The conference has made no arrangements with any third party to provide hotel accommodation.
