Talk title: Exploring new strategies to develop reconfigurable magnonic systems
Silvia Tacchi is a researcher at the Perugia Secondary
Units of the Istituto Officina dei Materiali (IOM) of the Italian National
Research Council (CNR). She received her PhD in Physics from the University of
Perugia, Italy, in 2002. She has long-standing expertise
in the study of magnetization dynamics in low dimensional systems by using both
conventional and micro-focused Brillouin light scattering (BLS) spectroscopy.
Her main research interests are magnonic crystals, Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya
interaction, and magnetic properties of thin films, multilayers, lateral
confined systems.
