Registration

This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We invite you to register online by 7 April 2023.

Fees

The registration fees include access to the talks, refreshments and lunch throughout the event, and the social programme which includes poster receptions and the conference dinner.

If you have submitted an abstract for the conference, please login using the same email address and password. If you are new to the system, please create an account before completing the form. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server. All payments must arrive by 7 April 2023. After that day, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations. Please see alternative payment methods here.
