Exhibition

Manufactures or agents involved in the supply of equipment in creation, modification and analysis of advanced surfaces are invited to book an exhibition stand at ISSC-24. We also welcome publishers or companies interested in recruiting physicists.

The exhibition will open from lunchtime on Monday 17 April and close after lunch on Wednesday 19 April. Stands will be located alongside posters, the welcome reception and catering, and will be an integral part of the event programme and delegate experience. Time will be allocated for exhibitors to meet and interact with attendees as well as other vendors.

Exhibition package

  • A 6ft table and 2x chairs in the exhibition area
  • A 13-amp electrical socket 
  • Complimentary registration (refreshments, lunch, welcome reception and the conference dinner)
  • Access to discounted hotel rates

Rates

If booked before 28 February 2023, the rate is £650 + VAT. The rate thereafter is £750 + VAT.

Booking a stand

To book an exhibition stand, please review the terms and conditions and complete the booking form and return to claire.garland@iop.org. Stands will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
