Keith Butler

My interests lie in developing machine learning approaches for materials chemistry. I am Senior Lecturer in Green Energy, and I use materials informatics, machine learning and atomistic simulations to discover and optimise new materials for energy conversion and storage. I have more than 10 years experience using and developing computational tools for accelerated and advanced analysis of experiments and materials discovery. I have published more than 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and a book on machine learning in materials science.
