Jaspreet Kainth

Dr Jaspreet Kainth is a Scientist at Paragraf Ltd, a Cambridge based company specialising in 2D material based electronic devices. Her main focus is research into material deposition techniques to fabricate heterostructures for specific device applications, and investigation into the material properties of each layer, their interfaces and how they interact. Before this, she obtained her PhD from the Materials Department at Imperial College London, studying atomic layer deposition of metal oxide thin films and their application in optoelectronic device structures.
