Poster Instructions

Posters will be displayed throughout the event, with dedicated poster sessions scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, at 12:15 PM, and Wednesday, February 5, at 12:00 PM. During these sessions, authors are encouraged to be present by their posters to answer questions and engage in discussions about their work.

Preparing your poster

  • Authors must ensure that they have the necessary copyright / permissions for all material
  • Posters should be prepared no larger than A0 in size (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 inches), in a portrait format.

Displaying your poster 

  • Posters can be mounted from 10:45 on Tuesday, 3 February
  • Please remove your poster by 15:00 on Wednesday, 4 February
