Abstract Submission

Authors interested in submitting an abstract for a contributed presentation (oral or poster) should use the submission portal below. The deadline for submitting your abstract is 11 December 2024. Please read the information below, before starting your submission.

Abstracts will be categorised into the following ‘broad themes’. Note that there is an expectation that by submitting an abstract, the presenting author will go on to register. There is no fee for submitting your abstract(s).

Food colloids and molecular assemblies
Measurement and imaging
Physics in food processing
Modelling of food structure and processing
Physics of oral processing and digestion
Physics of agriculture and soils

Submission Details

To begin your submission, please create an account selecting a memorable password as you will be expected to login to register.
The abstract title, authors and their affiliation should be entered in the corresponding fields.
Please indicate your preferred type of presentation (oral/poster). However, it is up to the Programme Committee to make the final selection.
Indicate whether the presenting author is a student.
The length of an abstract is limited to 250 words (figures and references are not permitted)
