Flash Posters Instructions


All authors with an accepted poster presentation are invited to deliver a 5-minute 'flash' presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for you to introduce your work and encourage attendees to visit your poster. 

Instructions for preparing your flash poster

  • Presentations should be prepared for use with PowerPoint format.  
  • Prepare your slides (maximum three slides) to communicate key findings
  • Encourage attendees to visit you at your poster to ask questions
  • Make sure you clearly announce the number of the poster board (please refer to the programme).
  • Send your presentation slide by email to claire.garland@iop.org by Monday 3 February.
