This event is open to everyone from all backgrounds whether you are a practicing physicist or if you have an interest in the subject and would like to know more. We invite you to register online by 15 March 2026.

Registration Fee: £330

The registration fee includes VAT, access to all the sessions, electronic proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches. Participants are expected to arrange and pay for their own accommodation and travel expenses. For hotels, please consult our page.

The social event is a boat trip on the Thames with dinner and music. To participate in this optional event, don’t forget to fill in the dedicated field upon registration. An additional fee of £90 GBP is required.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing. Full details can be found in our terms and conditions. Submission of a registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Payment of Fees

In order to ensure that it complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") and for the protection of its members and others, the Institute of Physics will only accept credit and/or debit card payments online through STRIPE secure payment server.

If you are paying by BACS/Purchase order, an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. Information on payment methods can be found via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid registrations. All payments must be received by 15 March 2026.
