Please refer to the details on this page when preparing your poster.
General Information
Posters should be printed in size A0, portrait orientation.
Velcro for hanging posters will be provided at the conference venue. Please do not use thumbtacks to secure your poster, as this damages the posterboards.
Poster sessions
There will be 2 poster sessions. Poster Session 1 will take place on Wednesday, 22 April and Poster Session 2 will take place on Friday, 24 April. The full event programme can be found here.
You will be emailed your assigned Poster Session and Poster number ahead of the conference. If you do not receive the email, please contact sarah.evans@iop.org, or ask at the registration desk upon your arrival to the conference.
Please only display your poster on your assigned day. If you've been assigned Poster Session 1, please remember to take your poster home with you at the end of the day on Wednesday to ensure there is space for the next Poster Session. Posters still up at the end of the day may be removed.
