Information for Oral Presenters

Please refer to the details on this page when preparing your presentation.

Presentation length

• Keynote Speakers: 40 minutes (35 minute talk + 5 minute Q&A)
• Contributed Speakers: 20 minutes (15 minute talk + 5 minute Q&A)

Technical details

• The AV system is plug-and-play. Please bring your own laptop ready to present. If you will be using a Mac, please bring an appropriate adapter with you.
• Screen aspect ratio - 16:9
• Presenters will have access to a lectern and microphone while presenting.
