Poster prizes

There will be a prize for the best poster at QuAMP 2025.

The best poster presentation (£100) will be awarded to any student from any country/institution who presents the most outstanding poster at the QuAMP 2025 conference, as judged by the criteria below. The runner-up poster presentation (2 x £50) will be awarded as above, to the students scoring the second- and third-highest scores.

Poster presenters who are eligible for a poster prize (i.e., they do not currently hold a PhD or equivalent qualification) are asked to confirm their eligibility when registering.

  • Judges will use the scoring criteria below.
  • More than one judge will score each entrant.

  • Judges are allowed to ask questions during the poster session.
  • Marks will be collated by the conference organiser, or a nominated representative. The decision of the conference organisers will be final; feedback on posters will not be given.

  • Is the motivation of the topic clear?
